Volunteer Work

Make a Difference Through Volunteering

Volunteers play a vital role in the success of The De La Salle School. By donating your time and skills, you help enrich the lives of our students and contribute to their personal and academic growth. Whether you are tutoring, moderating a club, or sharing your expertise as a guest speaker, your support makes a lasting impact on our school community.

There are several ways you can get involved and make a difference.

Volunteer Opportunities

Tutoring

Help our students excel academically by volunteering as a tutor. Whether during the school day or after school, your one-on-one or small-group tutoring sessions provide students with the additional support they need to succeed.

  • During School Day:
Assist students in specific subjects or provide general academic support during regular school hours.
  • After School:
Offer tutoring sessions in the afternoon to help students with homework, test preparation, and strengthening their understanding of key concepts.

Club Moderator

Share your passions by leading an extracurricular club. As a club moderator, you can guide students through activities that align with their interests while fostering a sense of community and teamwork. Whether it’s academic, artistic, or athletic, clubs offer students a space to explore and grow.

  • Rewards Club:
Moderators for the Rewards Club work with students to encourage positive behavior and academic excellence. This role allows volunteers to help students set and achieve goals while recognizing their hard work and accomplishments.

Speaker

Become a guest speaker and share your professional experiences or life lessons with our students. Whether you’re an expert in a particular field or want to inspire young minds, your insights can motivate students to pursue their dreams and explore new possibilities.
