Explore a vibrant, supportive community where your son will grow academically, spiritually, and socially, guided by our dedicated faculty in the Lasallian tradition.
Dear Prospective Families,
Welcome to The De La Salle School! We are so pleased that you’re considering joining our close-knit school family. This is an exciting time, and we’re honored to walk alongside you as you explore the opportunities we offer.
As a Catholic, Lasallian, all-boys middle school, we serve young men in grades 5-8 who come from economically disadvantaged circumstances. Our mission, deeply rooted in the Lasallian tradition, is to provide a holistic education that nurtures not only the mind but also the heart and spirit. We believe every young man has unique potential, and our dedicated faculty and staff are here to support, challenge, and inspire each student to reach his fullest.
We know choosing the right school is a big decision, and we’re here to make the process as welcoming and smooth as possible. Our team is ready to answer your questions, offer guidance, and ensure you have everything you need to make the best choice for your family.
We welcome students from all over Long Island, and we’re proud to have a diverse community that includes young men from Elmont, Freeport, Hempstead, Roosevelt, Uniondale, and Westbury. Together, they form a vibrant, supportive environment where every student is cherished and respected..
As you navigate our admissions pages, you’ll find helpful information on the Application Process, Affordability, and Upcoming Events. We also encourage you to explore Our Programs, Student Life, Alumni, and Support De La Salle to get a fuller picture of life at our school.
We can’t wait to meet you and your family, to hear your stories, and to share the warmth and spirit of The De La Salle School with you. Your journey with us begins here, and we’re excited to start this adventure together.
With warm regards,
Mrs. Jeanmarie Becker
Principal, The De La Salle School
