Affordability

Affordability

At The De La Salle School, we believe that every child deserves access to a high-quality education, regardless of their family’s financial situation. Unlike many elementary Catholic schools on Long Island, which charge several thousands of dollars in tuition, we are proud to be an all-scholarship school.

No Tuition, All-Scholarship Education

As an all-scholarship school, we do not charge tuition to our families. Our commitment to providing a Lasallian education is made possible through the generosity of our benefactors and supporters who believe in our mission to serve young men from economically disadvantaged circumstances.

Family Contribution

In lieu of tuition, we ask our families to contribute a modest amount towards their child’s education. The contribution is $80 per month, totaling $800 for the school year. This contribution helps cover a small portion of the operational costs of providing a comprehensive education at The De La Salle School.

This approach ensures that a quality education remains accessible to all, while also fostering a sense of shared responsibility and investment in our students’ futures.

Supporting Our Mission

The remainder of the costs associated with delivering our programs and maintaining our facilities is covered through fundraising efforts, donations, and grants. This model allows us to keep education affordable while upholding the high standards that define The De La Salle School.

We are deeply grateful for the ongoing support from our community, alumni, and friends of the school who make it possible for us to continue our mission.
